When I was younger I learnt the mridanga from my Father. He would always tell me to play one simple rhythm, slowly, until I could perfect it. But back then I would always try to play fast, I didn't get very far, and eventually I stopped playing the mridanga. This short collection of beats is my attempt at playing appearingly simple grooves. In a way this beat tape is an ode to my Father. Dig it.

Versatile, jazzy, funky, groovy. A dynamic, densely packed mixtape featuring talented female beatmakers from around the world. Good music for a good cause, at a time when music needs more unique voices. Jenova 7

I've never used this word to described any kind of music before, but this is fucking lovely.
Blows my mind how beautiful each and every track is on this album, where it takes me away to another world and gets me high like some high end Cocaine type shit. KARMAH STUDIOS (MOOSE)
